Here are some of my projects that I am currently working on or have done in past.


3dBrownian Transformer-based knot classification and generation — Transformer classifies and generate knots with high accuracy. Code can be found here.
3dBrownian Active Polymer Simulation — A conclusive repository of simulating active polymer (ABP, tangential, chiral, and more...) using LAMMPS and HOOMD-Blue.
water 2-D Active Brownian Particle Simulation — Langevin simulation of active matter system. Code is written in Python 3.0 and can be found here. I will add README file later.
water Simple Cell Counting Program — I wrote some simple MATLAB scripts to measure cells captured under bright-field/phase-contrast microscope. I will update README file once paper is out.
