Here are some of my projects that I am currently working on or have done in past.

3-D Active Brownian Particle Simulation — A 3d ABP trapped in a spherical confinement. Code is written in C and can be found here.

2-D Active Brownian Particle Simulation — Langevin simulation of active matter system. Code is written in Python 3.0 and can be found here. I will add README file later.

Simple Cell Counting Program — I wrote some simple MATLAB scripts to measure cells captured under bright-field/phase-contrast microscope. I will update README file once paper is out.
