3-D Active Brownian Particle Simulation

A 3d ABP trapped in a spherical confinement. Code is written in C and can be found here.

Simple Cell Counting Program

I wrote some simple MATLAB scripts to measure cells captured under bright-field/phase-contrast microscope. I will update README file once paper is out.
